If you intend to fly primarily solo and want to avoid the legal training requirements of Sport Pilot then the P 103 is the model for you. If you fly with combined passenger and pilot weights 400 pounds or under and from relatively normal fields at lower density altitudes the Legend XL Sport equipped with the Rotax 503 will serve you well. Our Legend XL Deluxe is a very cost-effective and high performing model for those who require the more powerful 65 h.p. Rotax 582 engine. The Legend XL Ultra with Rotax 582 E Gear Box, Electric Start has been our most popular selling model. The Legend XL4s provide four-stroke engine dependability and incredible economy. And the Legend XT SSDC (Side-by-Side Dual Control) is our SLSA model targeted for Certified Flight Instructors and others who enjoy the training environment provided with a side-by-side seating configuration.
Our standard kits are sub-assembled at the Six Chuter factory for economical shipping anywhere in the world. The average builder can assemble these units in 40-60 hours. You can purchase a sub-assembled kit and have it inspected and certified as an Experimental Light Sport Aircraft. The SLSA of course will be assembled, tested and certified at the factory before it is sold. Six Chuter will also offer our XT ssdc and other models as either SLSA or ELSA kits.

The Six Chuter 103 series is for the pilot who wants to fly with as little regulation as possible under FAA part 103. The 103 series is designed as a down sized legend with the same benefits of the legend airframe, but within the weight limitations. Equipped with a 400’ canopy the climb and cruise performance will match that of a two seat powered parachute with a 500’ canopy. The P 103UL meets the FAR weight limits even with a fiberglass seat, making it one of the few truly legal single seaters on the market with the Rotax 503 engine. But the SP103 comes with several equipment packages and can even be purchased with a 4-stroke engine, or as an SLSA for Sport Pilot training and rental.

The Six Chuter Legend series is perhaps our best performing and most cost-effective aircraft that we have ever offered. The DE is equipped with the powerful Rotax 582 65 h.p. Engine. The Deluxe avoids the extra weight and cost associated with an electric start system, yet equipped with an engine primer, the owner will find one pull starts the norm. The Deluxe is a fully equipped two-seater with full engine instrumentation system by Grand Rapids, turf tires, and Performance Designs Canopy standard with over-sized stuff sack and line socks included. The standard kit is designed to be assembled by the average builder in approximately 40 hours. |

The Six Chuter XT is designed for production as a Special Light Sport Aircraft that meets FAA certification requirements for SLSA. The SLSA category is designed to provide factory produced aircraft that will be required for flight training and rental fleets. The XT is carefully designed to set Six Chuter apart from the rest. The XT is fully dual controlled, side-by-side aircraft designed specifically with flight training in mind. Even for those pilots who are not actively planning to instruct, the side-by-side seating and dual control environment will appeal to many pilots.
