2002 Infinity with custom trailer
I built this with the sloped front so I would have room inside to move around and store travel items beside the machine. Less wind resistance, but nothing I know gets rid of resistance. Only used one season. Tires still have paint on them. Trailer tires and rims.
I did the construction - 2 inch & 1 inch walls - 2 inches on 16 inch centers for the floor. 1/5 inch aluminum sides and top. All lights are diodes 3/4 plywood flooring and 1/2 for top and sides.
Rear door is double sided with 5/8 treated plywood center. Door is heavy but, lifts very easy with retractable cables.
I went with the glass type battery. Expensive but, it has a 5 or 6 year warranty. Purchased last year. Infinity is a large machine and it fits without problem. Front tire and rear tires have tie downs.
Tried to keep up with the best changes possible.
I pull the plugs often and two times a year I pull the exhaust and look at the pistons and walls. Absolutely no scorning or problems. Only use synthetic oil.
Overkill on the connections, but we never know what we might haul. Trailer was built multipurpose.

Put 12 volt lights (3 inside) and a 12 volt charging connector.
Back door and side door - I used the stand door closures.
I put back flow preventers just incase I needed to use the electric fuel pump. Did not want is to pump around in a circle or back out of a hole.

152 hours - no crashes, wrecks, rollovers. Maintained with records. I am a lifetime mechanic and have my 16 hour repairman training. I do the majority of an annual each time before I fly.
I have used Ram Mounts
Seats, belts, and I replaced the riser brackets this past year with the roller type. I like and trust them better that the eye bolts.
